Unit 2 

Unit 2 begins to explore what criteria qualify something as living and what they need to stay that way. In additon, we will look into the cell and cell processes. We will also look at key historical experiments that led to current scientific theories and we will do activities that reinforce and expand on these theories.

Unit 3

This unit looks into the cell and cell processes.  Students will develop microscope skills, simulate chemical reactions that take place in cells and be exposed to the history and technology that enable scientists to work with cells.
